Agricultural Lending Officer
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for an Agricultural Lending Officer who will develop, examine, evaluate and authorize or recommend approval of client applications for agricultural loans, including: crop production lines of credit, crop development financing, dairy financing, agricultural real estate loans, receivables financing and equipment financing. Responsibilities include the following: Responsible for helping to achieve the bank’s loan and deposit goals through ongoing business development. Analyzes applicant financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loan or submits application to credit analyst for verification and recommendation. Corresponds with or interviews applicants or creditors to resolve questions regarding application information. Approves loan within specified limits or refers loan to loan committee for approval. Ensures loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy. Efficiently process new loan applications and renewals by navigating through Word, Excel, Tax Analysis, Moodys, E-Mail System, or any other computer program used to process loans. Analyzes potential loan markets to develop prospects for loans to increase or retain existing business relationships. Desired candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree (B.A) from four-year College or university; generally has five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Agricultural Loan Underwriter
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for an Agricultural Loan Underwriter who will examine, evaluate, and authorize or recommend approval of applications for Agricultural loans. Responsibilities include the following: Review requests for the establishment or renewal of agricultural loans and lines of credit. Under general direction, underwrite loans within defined limit of authority or recommend credit action to Credit Administration for approval. Investigate all available sources of credit and financial information. May manage an assigned agricultural/commercial loan portfolio, including special assets. No business development responsibilities are required of this position. Desired candidates will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance or accounting preferred. Five or more years of commercial credit underwriting experience.

Commercial Loan Assistant
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Commercial Loan Assistant who is responsible for performing administrative support to the Commercial Loan Officers.
Desired candidates will possess High school diploma or general education degree (GED); a college or technical school degree; or two to three years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Credit Analyst I
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Credit Analyst I. This is an entry-level position which provides support to commercial loan officers with accurate and timely financial analysis, credit memorandum preparation, and general assistance to meet the Bank’s customer needs.
Desired candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, agriculture business or related field required, or non-business related degree.

Credit Analyst II
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Credit Analyst II who will provide support to commercial loan officers with accurate and timely financial analysis, credit memorandum preparation, and general assistance to meet the Bank’s customer needs.

Customer Service Representatives
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for Customer Service Representatives for our Modesto, Ripon, Escalon and Manteca locations. Desired candidates will possess a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualified applicants must have great customer service skills, be motivated and ambitious. The Customer Service Representative will be required to perform to standards that meet or exceed bank and department objectives of all internal and external customers by representing the bank in a professional responsive manner, performing paying, receiving and related transactions and cross selling appropriate bank services for increased customer satisfaction and account retention. Banking experience is preferred. Prior cash handling experience is a must.

Loan Documentation Review Specialist
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Loan Documentation Review Specialist who will be responsible for reviewing and/or preparing standard and complex loan documentation for all loan types using Laserpro. This position is responsible for the integrity of the loan documents ensuring that the documents are prepared accurately and in accordance with all appropriate credit policies, loan procedures and all applicable laws and regulations. In addition, this position will monitor and oversee the work-flow and internal log, while meeting the standard turn-around timeframes established.
Responsible for reviewing signed loan documentation, ensuring all conditions are met prior to funding. Reviews the data entry performed by the boarding desk to ensure the loan is accurately input into the bank’s accounting system. This position is accountable for the accuracy and the integrity of data entry, loan accounting, and miscellaneous loan reporting records. In addition, this position is accountable to ensure that all activities performed are consistent with the appropriate policies and procedures.
This position requires a minimum of five years loan documentation review experience with mastery of complex commercial, construction, real estate, SBA and consumer loan documentation. Requires the ability to evaluate loan credit facilities and borrowing relationships in a timely fashion and demonstrate intense attention to detail, with work interruptions and changing conditions.

Loan Operations Associate
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Loan Operations Associate who is responsible for performing loan operational functions which may include insurance processing, payment posting, servicing participation loans and reconciling general ledger balances with lead banks, monthly certifications, back-up to all loan servicing functions including loan boarding, payoffs, and payoff demands. Accountable to ensure that all activities performed are consistent with the appropriate loan credit policies, loan operations and bank operations policies, and that these policies are adhered to and enforced.
Desired candidates will possess High school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum of 3 years’ experience in a loan operations environment. Requires technical knowledge of loan accounting. Additional requirements include accurate use of a PC and calculator, the ability to perform more complex balancing, research and analytical exercises, with intense attention to detail, work interruptions and changing conditions.

The Branch Manager is directly accountable for branch deposit growth, loan generation and management of non-interest expenses and outside business development calls. Customer Service Managers
Eastern Sierra Community Bank is seeking applicants for Customer Service Managers for our Bridgeport, Mammoth Lakes and Bishop locations. The Customer Service Manager will supervise and coordinate activities of personnel involved in performing internal operations in branch office. The CSM also supports sales initiatives of the Branch staff, assists in the implementation of marketing plans, and ensures that high quality customer service is provided by all personnel within the Branch. Desired candidates will possess an Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year College; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
