Agricultural Loan Underwriter
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for an Agricultural Loan Underwriter who will examine, evaluate, and authorize or recommend approval of applications for Agricultural loans. Responsibilities include the following: Review requests for the establishment or renewal of agricultural loans and lines of credit. Under general direction, underwrite loans within defined limit of authority or recommend credit action to Credit Administration for approval. Investigate all available sources of credit and financial information. May manage an assigned agricultural/commercial loan portfolio, including special assets. No business development responsibilities are required of this position. Desired candidates will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance or accounting preferred. Five or more years of commercial credit underwriting experience.

Commercial Loan Assistant
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Commercial Loan Assistant who will provide administrative support to assigned Commercial Loan Officer(s) by assisting in the coordination of loan documentation requests and portfolio management. This individual is responsible for ensuring all supporting documentation is received and reviewed in accordance with credit policy and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations prior to requesting loan documents on new loans, renewals, and extension requests. In addition, this individual assists Commercial Loan Officers with exceptions, ticklers, covenant compliance, maturities, delinquencies, and other administrative duties as required. Desired candidates will possess a college or technical school degree; or preferably a minimum of three years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Commercial Loan Officer
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking candidates for a Commercial Loan Officer for all locations who will develop, examine, evaluate and recommend approval of business applications for lines of credit, term loans and commercial real estate loans and who will analyze potential loan markets to develop prospects for loans to increase or retain existing customer and business relationships. The Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for helping to achieve the bank’s loan and deposit goals through ongoing business development. Desired candidates will have a 4 year degree and/or five years of related banking experience.

Credit Analyst I
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Credit Analyst I. This is an entry-level position which provides support to commercial loan officers with accurate and timely financial analysis, credit memorandum preparation, and general assistance to meet the Bank’s customer needs. Desired candidates will possess High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, agriculture business or related field required, or non-business-related degree with equivalent combination of education and experience.

Customer Service Representatives
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for Customer Service Representatives for our Modesto McHenry, Ripon, and Sonora locations. Desired candidates will possess a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualified applicants must have great customer service skills, be motivated and ambitious. The Customer Service Representative will be required to perform to standards that meet or exceed bank and department objectives of all internal and external customers by representing the bank in a professional responsive manner, performing paying, receiving and related transactions and cross selling appropriate bank services for increased customer satisfaction and account retention. Banking experience is preferred. Prior cash handling experience is a must.

Financial Analyst
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst is responsible for performing various accounting functions including Accounts Payable, GL Reconciliations, Financial Statement Preparation, and internal control audits. Assists with external reporting, policies, and procedure implementation. Analyzes, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following duties. Desired candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree (B.A) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Financial Analyst II
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Financial Associate II in our Oakdale location. This individual will compute, classify, records, and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records. You will be responsible for all accounts payable activities, including compiling invoices, verifying appropriate approvals, invoice data entry, general ledger coding and timely payment. Work with vendors and personnel to resolve billing discrepancies. Responsible for corporate credit card and employee expense report maintenance. Responsible for purchase orders of business supplies for all employees. Balancing and certifying general ledger accounts. Reconcile bank statements. Prepares and distributes IRS Tax Form 1099 to vendors annually. Prepare and distribute business property tax filing and customer tax withholdings. Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services. Desired candidates will possess an Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Loan Assistant
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Loan Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the Consumer/Residential Lending Department with clerical, loan processing and origination support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, new application file set up consisting of credit, income, asset and property documentation/verifications, ensure compliance with Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth In Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), USA Patriot Act and predatory lending regulations. Desired candidates will possess High school diploma or general education degree (GED); College degree with emphasis in finance; 1-year recent loan processing experience; Familiarity with residential mortgage or consumer loan processing; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Registration with Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) as a Mortgage Loan Originator will be required within 90 days of employment.

Loan Processor
Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applicants for a Loan Processor who will be responsible for assisting the Retail Lending Department with clerical, loan processing and origination support. Registration with Nationwide Multistate Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) as a Mortgage Loan Originator will be required within 90 days of employment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, new application file set up consisting of credit, income, asset, and property documentation/verifications, coordinating loan closing process with appropriate parties including escrow and/or title partners. ensure compliance with Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth In Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), USA Patriot Act and predatory lending regulations. Oak Valley Community Bank is seeking applications for an Online Banking Specialist. The Specialist will provide technical, general, and professional support to internal and external clients of the Bank. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to individuals contacting the Bank, by phone or online, by resolving issues, providing information, and looking for opportunities to strengthen the customer relationship through suggesting Bank products and services.
